New job
This is the only place a job is created. Everything downstream —
measuring, quoting, filing — picks from this list instead of typing a name.
As they want it printed on a document.
Used to recognise a repeat client — two people share a name far more often than a number.
Decides whose letterhead and numbering the documents carry.
Everything else — crews, audits, follow-ups — is shared.
This is what makes the conversion rate answerable later.

Watch decides who appears on the scorecard. Pause takes someone
off the Site Log list entirely — use it when they stop working for you. Neither deletes
anything: their history stays. The phone number is what Stanley taps on site to
tell them about a problem, so a missing one costs a day.
This decides which checklist they're audited on.
Any format. Used for the WhatsApp and call buttons in the audit app.
Trades we audit
These are the trades Stanley can pick on site. Retiring one takes it
off his list without touching a single past audit — the history still reads correctly.
Renaming only changes what is shown; what a trade is checked on lives in the
Checklists tab of the sheet.
It starts with no checks of its own and falls back to the carpentry
list until you add rows for it on the Checklists tab.
Trades audited per job
We don't handle every trade on every job. Tick what we audit at each site and
Stanley's app shows only those — so the next person to run these audits can tell
"not ours" from "somebody forgot". Tick nothing and the job audits everything.
Strike this check off
Recorded against the audit. The site log itself is not changed — this
removes the check from the score and closes its follow-up.
